Emma Batrouney (Heale)

Emma graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Clinical Audiology. She joined the board of the Hearing Business Alliance (HBA). HBA advocates and provides business support to independent audiology clinic owners.

I’m passionate about hearing health. It’s a vital part of many people’s quality of life and plays a big role in our ability to connect with the environment we live in. I understand completely the frustration and isolation that comes as a result of hearing loss; it’s not uncommon to feel like you’re losing connections with family and friends.

I have found the most wonderful audiologist in Emma Batrouney at Hear and Clear in Glen Iris. Emma was incredibly thorough, patient, understanding, compassionate and kind throughout my appointments with her. She took the time to explain everything to me, show me on a model of the ear where and what was happening. She made sure I understood at each step and was compassionate and understanding when I was a little emotional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an audiologist who takes the time to explain things to you and answer all your questions no matter how small. Her practice is spotlessly clean & parking is very easy.Thankyou Emma for your care.

Have been wanting to get ear wax removal done for years and am so happy I did! Love the fact that you see pictures before and after and the process was so quick and easy, have actually found my balance to better to be honest. Love the fact that the audiologist said come back when I feel I need to not a regular timeframe I need to stick to, definitely recommend!
