Emma Batrouney, owner of Hear and Clear Care graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Clinical Audiology. More recently, Emma has completed a Graduate Certificate of Commerce and has completed her Doctor of Audiology from A.T Still University of Health Sciences.

At Hear and Clear Care we are committed to providing Best Practice in hearing health care based on person centred care approach, helping to meet the needs of every patient’s individual needs. Working with an audiologist that follows industry Best Practices is the key to life-transforming hearing care outcomes.

Bella graduated from The University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Science, Graduate Certificate of Agricultural Science and a Master of Clinical Audiology.

At our clinic, we follow Best Practice principles – evidence-based, patient centered procedures that ensure every individual receives the highest standard of hearing care. By using these practices, we are able to help people reconnect with the world around them in meaningful ways. For us, there is nothing more rewarding than supporting someone on their hearing journey and witnessing the positive changes it brings to their daily life.

From the moment i walked in I was welcomed by Joanne from their it was off to Emma who was amazing. Her customer service was impecable. She explained everything to me in clear plain english and answered my questions and she went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I have now recommended the clinic to a couple of friends who live in local area to microsuction ear was removal. Cannot rate the team highly enough. Keep up the good work ladies!!

Bella was really helpful in explaining how my ears will be cleaned and what to look out for. The process felt simple and straightforward. I had called ahead to ask what would happen during the appointment and the receptionist was very helpful aswell.
