Isabella the audiologist was lovely, explained the procedure, asked if I had any questions. Was very quick and efficient. The suctioning was also much nicer and gentler than I had had at a different clinic in the past. Receptionist was also lovely. Absolutely would recommend coming here.

From the moment i walked in I was welcomed by Joanne from their it was off to Emma who was amazing. Her customer service was impecable. She explained everything to me in clear plain english and answered my questions and she went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I have now recommended the clinic to a couple of friends who live in local area to microsuction ear was removal. Cannot rate the team highly enough. Keep up the good work ladies!!

What Will it Cost

Our comprehensive hearing assessment costs $145. We don’t provide free hearing tests because we are committed to providing you a professional audiology consultation and advice. Not all hearing assessments will result in a hearing aid recommendation.

The prices of hearing aids vary depending on the level of technology usually between $1,500 to $4750 per aid.

Payment Options

Many patients can have their hearing aids fully or partially subsidised through the Hearing Services Program, Workcover or Department of Veterans Affairs or private health insurance. We can help you access this funding.

Why Independence is important

Many hearing aid providers are aligned with or owned by hearing aid manufacturers or corporations that have arrangements with manufacturers. This can bias their advice towards specific hearing aid brands which may not be the best option for you.
