• Adjust volume of hearing aids

This is probably the most convenient feature of hearing aids apps. Through the app, you can adjust the volume of the hearing aids up or down, you can adjust the sound quality to have more bass or sharpness and you can personalise the hearing aids with programs that suit you lifestyle.

• Find my hearing aids

Many of the hearing aid apps have ‘Find my hearing aids’ feature where you can see the last known location of the hearing aid. Now you can check if you left them at work or home!

• Health data

Many hearing aid apps also have other health data and can track your steps, heart rate or minutes of physical activity.

• Remote programming

Through many of the hearing aid apps, you can now have your audiologist adjust the hearing aids remotely without you needing to attend the clinic. This is very helpful if you cannot make it into the clinic!
